The Smart Fortwo has not been seen before and although these pictures show it in camouflage the shape can still be looked at. It looks very tiny indeed, perhaps even smaller that the current Smart Fortwo and it is certainly not as long but actually has a larger footprint overall.
There is no rear overhang and possibly a snub nose making it seem that much shorter. It will have a smaller version of the architecture that is currently under the Renault Twingo and Smart Forfour. It is expected that the engine will be in the rear and drive the rear wheels.
It is expected that there will be Gas and diesel options as well as a Fortwo Electronic Drive version and it is likely to be shown at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
