Nurburgring Sighting of Nissan GT-R Nismo
The new Nissan GT-R Nismo has been seen on the Nurburgring and although it is camouflaged there are still some interesting facts to take away.
It can be seen that there have been changes made to the front bumper so that more air can get to the engine. There are also changes to the back bumper, the wheels have sis spokes and RAYS wheels and there are twin exhausts in an oval shape. The wing is huge and rather overshadows all of the other changes that have been made. It should be able to help the car stay grounded while it whips around at high speed.
The engine is a V6 with twin turbochargers and it is expected it will be 3.8 litres like the standard GT-R had. It is expected that it will be more powerful and produce nearer to 600 horsepower rather than the 545 that the standard GT-R has. There are even rumours that the Nismo will be able to reach 62 mph in just two seconds. Time will tell as to whether this will really be the case or not.
