New spy shots have been taken of the new Bentley SUV and this time it has a lot less camouflage. The car was spotted while it was testing at the Nurburgring. Although Bentley is busy with a lot of new cars at the moment, the unnamed SUV seems to be the biggest project that they have on. They are still thought working on faster versions of the Continental family as well as the Mulsanne. There are even rumours of a new coupe being available soon. The platform for this new vehicle will be the same one as on the Volkswagen Touareg, Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q7 as well as the Lamborghini Urus if this concept is approved. The Bentley will be one of the higher end models using this platform and will be starting a new market segment. This will soon be populated though with the liked of the Range Rover Sport SVR and Masarati Levante. There are also likely to be other crossovers and high end SUV’s from companies such as Land Rover and well as the Daimler Maybach and Aston Martin Lagonda. It is expected that the production version will appear late next year as a 2016 model. It is thought that it could be called Falcon as the concept was codenamed EXP 9 F so the ‘F’ could be for Falcon. There are likely to be a selection of power trains including a hybrid and a 200mph version.
