It looks like it will not be long until Mercedes give us a new look to their C63 AMG. They have already produced a new C-class and it looks like the C63 AMG might be next, from what the spy photographers have shown in their latest pictures.
The photos taken show a car testing in Germany. This is the second time that we have seen pictures of the C63 and both times there was significant disguise. However, as the weather is drier and there is lighter it means that the pictures are of a better quality and so a bit more can be seen. The car does seem surprisingly understated although there are large air openings on the bumpers at the front as well as vents on the back with four exhaust tips sticking through. There is an aerodynamic look to the rear bumper as alloy wheels with low profile rubber tyres.
Under the bonnet, we can only speculate but it is expected that it will be 4.0 litre V8 with twin turbo capable of 450-500 horsepower. This would mean that even the most basic model would be more powerful than its rival which is the BMW M3 which has a 3.0 litre turbo engine capable of 425 horsepower.
It is not known whether the 4Matic all-wheel drive will be standard on the car or an option. It will be next year when the car is expected to be unveiled and so not that long to wait to find out.
