This week, spies managed to catch VW doing the testing of their forthcoming pickup truck – Amarok. The model, which is undergoing some facelift, was seen in the streets of Sweden. This visual improvement will put the model in one row with the rest of versions in the range.
On the car spy photos VW Amarok 2017 we can see that the facelift changes included an updated bumper, modified grille, and headlights of a different shape. All of these modifications added a new look to the Amarok. The cabin also underwent some amendments.
From an updated Amarok the customers can expect materials of a much better quality, new systems of entertainment, and the most recent systems of safety and off-road. The latter systems were first introduced on the SUV Tiguan.
VW also made an announcement that they are going to make some adjustments to the existing range of engines and it is very possible the upcoming model will even have a new motor.
The Amarok is expected to premiere in the end of 2016.
