Could also be a Chevy Malibu, there is a GM plant in Lordstown, Ohio… Where the black covering folds under the door seems a better fit. Also the lip spoiler seems to match better too. None of the Accords have that antenna in the back, but the Malibu does. The Hybrids have swirl wheels, but they are not like that.
Solution 2
Honda, Jeep and GM are the car manufactures in Ohio.
I do see a couple problems with it being a Honda Accord, the black covering doesn’t seem to fold under the doors like it should. The tail lights have that round red part, the mirrors are different (easy to change though) but the shape is very close.
