Changes to Mercedes CLS Picked up in Spy Shots

The Mercedes-Benz CLS-class was unveiled back in 2004 and was the first four door coupe. It was not as practical as a sedan but was extremely stylish. The second generation came out in 2010 with a slightly slimmer shape and it seems like this model will now be refreshed and it seems like it will be the lighting and interior that will change.
From the spy photos it can be seen that the front has been redesigned with Active Multibeam LED headlights and a one bar grilled. The lights adjust automatically adjusting the individual LEDs due to changes picked up by the monitoring system. The rear lights have also been modified and the rear bumper, although they are not that clear due to the covering of snow that they have on them.
The interior sees the debut of the COMAND infotainment screen which is very much bigger than the previous one. The layout of the buttons is a bit different as well and there is additional chrome in the trim to make it look better as well. The steering wheel has extra functions to help with the controlling of the system.
There are rumours that there is a nine speed automatic transmission but there has been nothing yet announced with regards to the date that it will be debuted.
