The Audi A7 has only been for sale in the US for two years, although it has been available in Europe for four years. Therefore Audi have seen fit to refresh the A7 with some changes to the exterior but it is likely to also see some features from the new 2015 Audi A8 as well.
The spy shots give away some of that information. Rather than just a little facelift the car has a restyled front with new headlights. It is expected that these will be the new matrix LED system. The back of the car also has changes to the fascia and rear lights that look like those found on a Lamborghini as well as integrated outlets.
It is expected that there will be new engines in the car as well or perhaps new diver assistant technology added in. Obviously the pictures do not show us whether this test model has these or not. There has also been no indication of when the car will appear but the car pictured looks close to production and so it could be as close as the Geneva motor show when we see it.
