2013 Ford B-Max serial testing in Germany

The Opel Meriva has to look out now, because soon there is a new kid in town. And this kids name is Ford B-Max. Today we can show you the very first spy photos of the baby brother to the C-Max, during testing in Germany.

And as we can see it looks very close to the concept that Ford showed us at the Geneva Car Show earlier this year. The B-Max has also kept the rear sliding doors that make it really practical at narrow parking places. A feature all parents with kids will appreciate. The B-Max is based on the Ford Fiesta platform and will be just about 11 cm longer then the Fiesta. Ford has said that one of the engine options in the B-Max will be a 1.0 liter three cylinder EcoBoost engine with both direct injection and turbo.
