New Spy Photos Point To A BMW M6 Cabrio Making A Pit Stop 10 February 2012, eagleweb @ 5:03 pm

Everyone’s already seen the BMW M6 Convertible in all its glory, but now we have the latest spy photos of the anticipated model.

These photos were taken during a refueling stop, and the prototype has an amazing aggressive look with brand-new bumpers, better side skirts, and a four-tailpipe exhaust system. There are also better brakes and wheels available.

The power is likely going to come from the twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that has 560 PS (412 kW / 552 hp) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. There are some nifty rumors flying around though that the model could have increased output of between 570-580 PS (419-427 kW / 562-572 hp). Whatever ther torque will be, people can expect the engine to be hooked up to a seven-speed M Double Clutch transmission.

The BMW M6 Cabrio will probably come out this spring, so look for it at any possible unveiling of the Geneva Motor Show.
