In the US Suzuki is just not popular but it is still finding it has appeal elsewhere. They are launching an updated SX4 soon and there were some concepts recently shown at the Tokyo Motor Show. However, its main offering will soon be a replacement for the Grand Vitara which is getting rather old now. It was recently seen when testing in Sweden and spy shots were taken.
One big thing noticed was that it might not keep the Grand Vitara name, although it still could as there has been no official work on the subject. It looks like it will be styled like the iV-4 concept was, at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year. This is indicated by the sloped D-pillars, angular headlights and sculpted rear wheel arches. It is expected that it will be next year when this car goes on sale in Europe and so it is likely to be debuted later this year.
