2012 Renault’s New Clio RS Caught for the First Time 16 June 2012, eagleweb @ 10:31 am

The very first spy photographs of the top performance model Renault’s Clio Supermini caught for the first time. It is also called as Clio RS or Clio Renault Sport. But how do we come to know for sure that the prototype being shot is next Clio RS? Well, the answer is quite easy, regardless of the swirly foil wrap, engineers made hardly any effort to hide the car’s brand name racy styling parts. According to the sources, Renault’s 4th generation Clio is all set to be revealed at the 2012 Paris motor show. The front part of the prototype has a famous but slim front wing. It is similar to that seen on the Meganne.
In the meantime, the headlights and top grille having chunky badge, show the soon-to-be-prominent face of the new variety as launched on the Dezir car. Other hints, this can be the Renault Sport model available in the meaty-looking shape behind the twin exhaust set-up and trendy allos. Well, what we can look forward to see beneath the bonnet of the brand new Renault Clio 4? Sadly, the Renault Sport will wave final goodbye to torque light. The best part is that naturally aspirated petrol engine will be a new add-on.  It will be in favor of a reduced 1.6 that must continue the present industry trend for continuously improving performance and efficiency.

More models will be available with the 3-pot engine already considering service in the Nissan Micra – a 1.5 diesel or 1.2 4-cylinder petrol.  Mixed with an anticipated advancement over the present model’s rather heavy Ker weight, the prototype must be completely greener and spritely performer. Want more; do not get fooled by the coverage in the available spy photographs. For the very first time, the model is having 5-door only. Experts notice the use of hidden door handles to ape an active 3-door look. If you really like what you have noticed till date then the Renault Clio 4 will be revealed finally at the Paris Motor Show 2012.
