This is the face-lifted european Focus II we have in Europe since 2006. It is a shame that it is coming to US market in 2011.

It is simply a great car. I feel sorry for you guys that you cannot enjoy it earlier than 2011.

I was quite excited upon looking @ the concept drawings of the 2011 focus 4dr hatch concept drawings. So much so I wanted to buy one. Upon looking at these spy photos – if this is what Ford is bringing to America please don’t rush – its disquisting and Ill actually buy a Prius before that (:

I dont like this new headlights. I have the Focus II (before facelift), its a bit more classical, but i love it. It looks great, and saved my life.

As others have mentioned, this is nothing more than the current face-lifted version of the European (German) designed Ford Focus II – we’ve had the Focus II in Australia since late 2005! Apparently the all new European (German) designed Ford Focus III is going to “re-write the books” – and if the new European (German) designed Ford Fiesta is anything to go by, then, yes, they will!

This is not the new Focus 2011! Its a present Focus II. Facelift modell, with some little tecnical difference on nose.

I have a 2005 focii wagon and its rattling apart at 97K. I would have bought a 2009 wagon, but… I hope this holds out until Ford US wakes up and reinstalls wagons in their product line. Ford Guy since my first 1968 Torino GT. Don’t push my business away FORD

I’m glad they are going with the Euro focus. I’m disappointed they are cutting corners by going with such an old and boring design, and leaving out the hatchback and wagon owners in the process. What other options are there for hatchback owners? The 4-door Fiesta? What about wagon owners? The Flex?

The only other option is Escape. As in Escape Ford and go with another manufacturer, as sad as that sounds.

I OWN A 2005 FORD FOCUS AND WOULD HAVE TRADED BY NOW IF THEY WOULD HAVE HAD ANOTHER FOCUS WAGON. I NOW HOPE THEY COME OUT WITH A 2011 MODEL, AND WITH A DIESEL ENGINE. AT PRESENT I AVERAGE OVER 27 MILES PER GALLON AND CAN CARRY A LOT OF TOOLS, ETC IN MY WAGON. I JUST HOPE IT COMES OUT SOONER THAN LATER.
